Drying kinetics of corn in contact with a solid adsorbent

This paper reports corn drying experiments using commercially available sodium bentonite clay. The sorption isotherm for the type of clay used in this work is also reported. Drying tests conducted with corn-to-clay mass ratios of 1:10 and 1:5 showed no effect on the drying rate. Similar results were...
