We show that a part of hispanists was organized according to the directives of the Instituto de Cultura Hispánica de Madrid, carrying out cultural exchange actiéities and defense of the language. Secondly, we can see that there were other groups that were promoting a reactionary hispanism and were linked to international networks. In short, we seek to complicate the look over the rights in Argentina in a particularly troubled and changing period. © Cahiers des Amériques latines.
