In all cases, the training areas composition and the workload assigned to them was analised. The revision shows divergencies and continuities when comparing Non- University and University institutions as well as the fact that there were few available formation options for this disciplinar field. El presente estudio busca desarrollar una revisión sistemática sobre la Formación Docente Inicial en el área de Computación para la educación secundario en Argentina. Se realizó una recopilación de Planes de Estudio y Diseños Curriculares de las Instituciones de Formación Docente Superior No Universitaria (Terciaria) y de las Universidades. De la misma resultó una compilación de 17 propuestas curriculares. En todos los casos se analizó la composición de los Campos de Formación y la carga horaria asignada a los mismos. La revisión realizada muestra divergencias y continuidades al comparar las instituciones No Universitarias y Universitarias, así como también se observan escasas opciones de formación disponibles para este campo disciplinar.
