The aim is to develop a honey extraction quality manual. The steps involved the development of the workshops were. Initiation Phase: Formation of groups, with 2 representatives/organization, and establishing three work areas. Preparation Phase: Meeting in each area of the Gantt Chart display and manual documents developed in the workshops. Agree on start and end dates for each activity, venues and dates for the exchange of product for each activity. Phase explanation: participants were presented with an outline of the tasks to develop clearing aspects to consider in the development of each document. Working groups were formed, with an organizer, gave the empty document in print and digital, for each group to opt for medium to use. Phases interaction: documents worked groups, consultations occur intra-and inter-group and the organizers. Phase presentation: Each group presents its products, which are discussed and agreed upon by all participants. Phase evaluation. In conclusion the choice of workshop on adult education learning referee allowed whereby members gained knowledge and generated a product from individual contributions. It also established an interaction between the different organizations, contributing to the formation of relational networks.
