description The present work reports the voltammetric behaviour of H- and 0-adatoms on different platinum electrodes in 1 M H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>, covering the temperature range 293 to 233 K. It is thus possible to extend the low temperature investigations of the electrochemical reactions by working at temperatures far below the freezing point of the electrolyte, which is at 268 K.
