The concept of the generalized Bose condensation is extended to fermion pairs (or pairons) because they are neither fermions nor bosons. The definition of the correlation density matrix allows the generalized condensation of the Girardeau type and even Coleman's definition as corollaries. In addition, the definition allows an interpretation of why fermionic systems never exhibit ODLRO; early results are confirmed from this different perspective. Population analysis was used in order to quantify the condensation of pairs in systems with intrinsic physico-chemical interest such as molecules and crystals.
