Electronic energy bands in GaAs for imaginary crystal momentum
The energy bands of GaAs for pure imaginary k vector have been calculated with the full-zone k. p method. The results are compared with the data obtained by Padovani and Stratton from Schottky tunneling experiments. © 1966.
