Steroidal derivatives from the roots of mandevilla pentlandiana

The steroids from the roots of Mandevilla pentlandiana were analysed. Six Δ20-steroids and four 6-keto-5α-stanols, novel as natural products, were isolated and characterized by spectroscopic methods.
