Effects of ACTH on the last step of aldosterone biosynthesis

The production of tritiated aldosterone and tritiated SM (a saponifiable 18-hydroxycorticosterone derivative) by rat adrenals were studied at various incubation times in absence or presence of two concentrations of ACTH.
