The observations have provided the new evidence in support to the existence of physical interaction between the SN shocks and the adjoining molecular clouds, for the two SNRs. It was concluded that the masers were excited at the sites where a non-dissociative C-type shock, locally transverse to the line of sight, hits a denser molecular clump.
