Three new nucleocyclitols from 2,3-anhydro-1′,5′,6′-tri- O-(methylsulfonyl)-muco-inositol

In the present study we describe the preparation of three new nucleocyclitols that involve the reaction of 2,3-anhydro-1′,5′, 6′-tri-O-(methylsulfonyl)-muco-inositol with aromatic and non-aromatic heterocyclic bases, planning to test their biological activity in the future.
