In vivo biosynthesis of a stage-specific cuticle glycoprotein during early metamorphosis of the medfly Ceratitis capitata

Cuticle proteins of an insect pest, the Medfly Ceratitis capitata, were resolved in polyacrylamide gels and partially characterized.
