Information has become a resource that provides competitive advantage to organizations; which is why it takes booming development and improvement of information systems for related potential exploitation of Information Technology and Communication (ICT) management. In this context, the Wholesale Distributor of Villa Clara, is immersed in improving its management based on the use of information systems so this research proposes an information system for management of logistics indicators that influence in raising the level of customer service.
