This article presents in a summarized way the advances of a research oriented to study how they formulate for the State your projects the social organizations of the territory. These are various institutions considered as units of analysis (cultural centres, libraries, development societies, neighbourhood clubs, neighbourhood groups, etc.) with which they have interacted through interviews, training workshops and visits to their usual tasks (local parties, murgas rehearsals, solidarity economy fairs, theatrical, musical and sports activities). The project aims to investigate the procedures carried out by the aforementioned social actors to express their specific demands and know the strengths and weaknesses of the technical-political process that involves the formulation of projects to implement public policies. To achieve an approach to the reality of the territory, an intervention strategy consisting of technical assistance meetings was proposed for the associations that agreed to participate in the research with the UNDAV. To achieve an approach and the necessary mutual trust, training workshops have been developed in "history of public policies" in the same neighbourhood associations. The document presented here first describes the current research project, its objectives and the methodology used. Afterwards, some reflections are shared from the words expressed by the interviewees and participants and it is closed with preliminary observations, with a view to the tasks that will be carried out during the second stage of the same, during the year 2018. |
