Su transversalidad en el universo iusagrarista Boero, Leandro Mauricio Public order agricultural contracts agricultural activity Orden público contratos agrarios actividad agraria This research paper is intended to be a contribution to the conceptual elucidation of an  institution whose structure of analysis has led to a permanent doctrinal debate, and this due to  its complex hermeneutics and its changing configuration due to the vicissitudes of social reality,  economic and political determined for the time being historical of sanction of the juridical  norms, I refer to the public order. It postulates the desirability of sustaining an "agrarian public  order," without further additions, surpassing the traditional concept of economic public order,  as legal protection for the economically weaker party (tenant, sharecropper) and the need for  protection of agricultural productive activity.  It seeks an expansion of the concept of public order to various agricultural contracts, including agro-industrial contracts, as well as its indissoluble reference to the other institutes of  agricultural law. Finally, reference will be made to the importance of subjecting agricultural  activity to the values of environmental public order. El presente trabajo de investigación pretende ser un aporte en orden a la dilucidación conceptual de una institución cuya estructura de análisis ha derivado en un permanente debate doctrinario, y ello debido a su compleja hermenéutica y a su cambiante configuración debido a las vicisitudes de la realidad social, económica y política determinadas por el momento histórico de sanción de las normas jurídicas, me refiero al orden público. Se postula la conveniencia de sostener un “orden público agrario”, sin más aditamentos, superando la tradicional concepción de orden público económico, en tanto protección legal a la parte económicamente más débil (arrendatario, aparcero tomador) y necesidad de tutela a la actividad productiva agraria. Se procura una expansión del concepto de orden público a los distintos contratos agrarios, incluyendo a los contratos agroindustriales, como también su indisoluble referencia a los demás institutos del derecho agrario. Por último, se hará referencia a la importancia de sujetar a la actividad agraria a los valores del orden público ambiental.
