Based on the analysis of a corpus of articles, it focuses on two main dimensions: the organization and conditions of work, and the psychosocial effects on workers' health. Regarding telework implementation, key transformations such as labor intensification, the expansion of working hours, the diffusion of boundaries between working and personal life, and changes in control and organizational management modes were identified. On a psychosocial level, problems such as stress, anxiety and emotional exhaustion emerge. Besides, the revision demonstrates a marked transversality of the gender perspective and a strong presence of the educational sector. It concludes that telework functioned as a mechanism of labor flexibilization, deepening structural inequalities, and highlighting the need for integrative analytical approaches to critically understand the effects of digitalized work.
