The aim of this publication is, firstly, to describe and analyze the phonic interlanguage of the learner and, secondly, to present a didactic proposal that puts into practice the perception and pronunciation of the single and multiple vibrant phonemes of Spanish. The analysis was based on Selinker’s (1963) concept of interlanguage and Pacagnini’s (2013) notion of phonic interlanguage. Through the analysis of the phonic interlanguage of the English speaker, we identified difficulties in the articulation and pronunciation of the Spanish phonemes /ɾ/ and /r/. For this reason, the didactic proposal aims to facilitate the learning process of the vibrant phonemes of Spanish. For the design of the proposal, we adopted a communicative approach that allows us to provide contextual meaning to the linguistic content.
