The current state of informal occupation in these neighborhoods was mapped using QGIS software in conjunction with data from the National Registry of Informal Settlements (RENABAP) and Google Earth imagery. Additionally, the existence, accessibility, and availability of green spaces were analyzed, identifying vacant areas that could be incorporated as public green spaces in future land regularization plans. The findings reveal that, although some neighborhoods lack green spaces, there is potential to adapt, transform, and enhance available open spaces for public use. Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales y Agrimensura 2025-09-26 info:eu-repo/semantics/article info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion application/pdf https://revistas.unne.edu.ar/index.php/fce/article/view/8716 10.30972/fac.3518716 FACENA; Vol. 35 Núm. 1 (2025); 158-181 1851-507X 0325-4216 spa https://revistas.unne.edu.ar/index.php/fce/article/view/8716/8240
