This new technology will motivate an important transformation in the city's infrastructure, and not only transportation, also in urban development itself. While the impacts of these transformations remain to be seen, planners and policymakers, at the urban level, must prepare for thesechanges in order to minimize the potential for adverse impacts and maximize the probability of success in the sustainable implementation of this new technology. Therefore, the objective of this review article is to analyze a potential configuration of policies and action criteria in terms of urban planning that authorities and public agents must consider in the next launch and development of Urban Air Mobility in cities. La Movilidad Aérea Urbana es una tecnología emergente de transporte aéreo a baja altitud, a nivel urbano e interurbano, que dará lugar a cambios fundamentales en materia de movilidad y conectividad en las ciudades / regiones del futuro. Esta nueva tecnología motivará una importante transformación en las infraestructuras de la ciudad, y no solo las de transporte, y en el propio desarrollo urbano. Si bien los impactos de estas transformaciones aún están por verse, los planificadores y formuladores de políticas, a nivel urbano, deben prepararse para estos cambios a fin de minimizar el potencial de impactos adversos y maximizar la probabilidad de éxito en la implantación sostenible de esta nueva tecnología. Por ello, el objetivo de este artículo de revisión es analizar una potencial configuración de políticas y criterios de actuación en materia de planeación urbana que deberán considerar las autoridades y agentes públicos en el próximo lanzamiento y desarrollo de la Movilidad Aérea Urbana en las ciudades. A Mobilidade Aérea Urbana é uma tecnologia emergente de transporte aéreo de baixa altitude, a nível urbano e interurbano, que conduzirá a mudanças fundamentais na mobilidade e conectividade nas cidades/regiões do futuro. Esta nova tecnologia motivará uma importante transformação na infraestrutura da cidade, e não apenas nos transportes, também no próprio desenvolvimentourbano. Embora os impactos destas transformações ainda não sejam visíveis, os planejadores e decisores políticos, a nível urbano, devem preparar-se para estas mudanças, a fim de minimizar o potencial de impactos adversos e maximizar a probabilidade desucesso na implementação sustentável desta nova tecnologia. Portanto, o objetivo deste artigo de revisão é analisar uma potencial configuração de políticas e critérios de atuação em termos de planejamento urbano que autoridades e agentes públicos devem considerar no próximo lançamento e desenvolvimento da Mobilidade Aérea Urbana nas cidades.
