A partir del estudio de las características físicas de los materiales y su comportamiento superficialbasado en imágenes termográficas, se realizará un análisis térmico de diferentes sistemasconstructivos implementados en obras de autoría propia.En línea con el par de conceptos establecidos por Andrea Deplazes, “construcción ligera y maciza”,se realizará un estudio comparativo sobre la eficiencia energética de los sistemas implementados encuatro obras: la primera, ejecutada en seco con estructura y cerramiento de madera, la segunda,con doble muro de ladrillo macizo y cubiertas abovedadas, la tercera con estructura independientede H°A°, envolvente vertical de ladrillo hueco con sistema EIFS y cubierta de chapa con dobleaislación, y la cuarta con muro portante de bloques de HCCA y cubierta ídem anterior.Se buscará determinar la manera en que estas soluciones constructivas responden al mismo clima.El análisis concluye elaborando un cuadro FODA que intenta abarcar varios aspectos delcomportamiento higrotérmico.
