Fromthis approach, the study of the institutional legal political dimension in a study area that covers the departments of General Güemes, Almirante Brown and Maipú of the ImpenetrableChaqueño, constitutes a necessary input that contributes to alarger project called: “Territorial development sustainable ruralhabitat of El Impenetrable. Proposal for a Service Center Modelfrom a comprehensive approach” (PICTO UNNE 2019-00034). Este trabajo asume una perspectiva queentiende a la política de ordenamientoambiental del territorio (OAT) como unsistema dinámico constituido por treselementos estructurales que se interrelacionan e interdefinen: el marco normativo, los planes de ordenamiento territorial con sus instrumentos operativos y elmodelo de gestión. Desde este enfoque,el estudio de la dimensión política-jurídica-institucional en un área de estudioque abarca los departamentos de General Güemes, Almirante Brown y Maipú deEl Impenetrable chaqueño se constituyeen un insumo necesario que aporta a unproyecto mayor denominado “Desarrolloterritorial sostenible del hábitat rural deEl Impenetrable.
