However, understanding these habits is crucial for optimizing energy efficiency and environmental comfort in buildings, thereby reducing uncertainty in predictive analysis of building thermo-energetic performance. This study aims to construct behavioral profiles that characterize use and management habits of dwellings in an arid climate city. A methodology based on developing a validated survey is proposed. These profiles will be integrated into predictive analysis of housing user behavior. Results reveal predominantly adaptive behavior among inhabitants, responding to thermal stimuli with modifications in the inhabited environment. |

Los crecientes requerimientos de confort y la falta de hábitos orientados hacia la eficiencia energética han ocasionado un incremento en la demanda energética del sector edilicio. Estudios previos se centran en analizar los consumos energéticos de los equipos instalados, desestimando los hábitos de consumo de los habitantes. Sin embargo, comprender estos hábitos es crucial para optimizar la eficiencia energética y el confort ambiental en los edificios, reduciendo la incertidumbre en el análisis predictivo del desempeño termoenergético edilicio futuro. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo construir perfiles de comportamiento que caractericen hábitos de uso y gestión de viviendas en una ciudad de clima árido. Se propone una metodología basada en el desarrollo de una encuesta validada. Estos perfiles se integrarán en el análisis predictivo del comportamiento de los usuarios de viviendas. Los resultados revelan un comportamiento mayormente adaptativo de los habitantes, respondiendo a estímulos térmicos con modificaciones en el ambiente habitado. Os crescentes requisitos de conforto e a falta de hábitos orientados para a eficiência energética têm causado um aumento na demanda de energia do setor da construção. Estudos anteriores têm-se centrado em analisar os consumos energéticos dos equipamentos instalados, desconsiderando os hábitos de consumo dos habitantes. No entanto, compreender esses hábitos é crucial para otimizar a eficiência energética e o conforto ambiental nos edifícios, reduzindo a incerteza na análise preditiva do desempenho termo-energético futuro da edificação. Este trabalho tem como objetivo construir perfis de comportamento que caracterizem os hábitos de uso e gestão de habitações em uma cidade de clima árido. Propõe-se uma metodologia baseada no desenvolvimento de uma pesquisa validada. Esses perfis serão integrados na análise preditiva do comportamento dos usuários de habitações.
