Sumario:Since for more than two decades, policies to promote the Social and Solidarity Economy have gained interest for study. This importance is due to the role of the national State in the design and management of policies. Based on a debate in geography on the rescaling of the State at subnational levels, this work presents the institutionalization of policies to promote the Social and Solidarity Economy in the province of Santa Fe in the period 2004-2015. In this way, the creation of a programmatic structure with institutional thickness at subnational level is analyzed, highlighting the content of its policies, the intersectoriality and the fragmentation of actions at provincial level.
