This importance is due to the role of the national State in the design and management of policies. Based on a debate in geography on the rescaling of the State at subnational levels, this work presents the institutionalization of policies to promote the Social and Solidarity Economy in the province of Santa Fe in the period 2004-2015. In this way, the creation of a programmatic structure with institutional thickness at subnational level is analyzed, highlighting the content of its policies, the intersectoriality and the fragmentation of actions at provincial level. Desde hace más de dos décadas que las políticas de promoción de la Economía Social y Solidaria cobraron interés para su estudio. A partir de un debate en geografía sobre el reescalamiento del Estado a escalas subnacionales en este trabajo se presenta la institucionalización de las políticas de promoción de Economía Social y Solidaria en la provincia de Santa Fe en el período 2004-2015. De esta manera, se analiza la creación de una estructura programática con espesura institucional destacando el contenido de sus políticas, la intersectorialidad y las fragmentaciones de las acciones a nivel provincial.
