Through a process of artistic sensitization, which leads to making contact with emotions in the face of violence experienced and exercised in the immediate social environment, and to reflect on the possibilities to contribute individually to building peace in everyday spaces and relationships, the participants reach the conclusion that it is possible and necessary to carry out daily practices that contribute to the construction of peaceful environments and help to break the circles of violence in which psychological violence is part of the framework. The artistic and narrative experience makes possible the expression and transformation of the self, the articulation of present, past and future and the construction of bridges between the public and the private. El presente artículo reporta los resultados de una investigación cualitativa de corte inductivo, de una experiencia de educación no formal mediante el arte, realizada en seis sedes universitarias mexicanas. Mediante un proceso de sensibilización artística, que lleva a hacer contacto con las emociones frente a la violencia experimentada y ejercida en el entorno social inmediato, y a reflexionar acerca de las posibilidades para aportar individualmente a construir la paz en los espacios y relaciones cotidianas, los y las participantes llegan a la conclusión de que es posible y necesario realizar cotidianamente prácticas que aporten a la construcción de entornos pacíficos y ayuden a romper los círculos de violencia en cuyo entramado está la violencia psicológica. La experiencia artística y narrativa posibilita la expresión y transformación de sí, la articulación de presente, pasado y futuro, y la construcción de puentes entre lo público y lo privado.
