The objective is to reflect on the problematic nature of considering the use of violence in politics as a legitimate tool for transformation in contexts of oppression. By delving into the authors, we will explore the possibilities and scope of justifying resistance against different oppressive technologies devised by power structures. Este articulo pretende abordar la problemática justificación de la violencia en la política y sus fundamentos basándose en los textos de Frantz Fanon, Hanna Arendt y Carl Schmitt, Los condenados de la tierra (1961), Sobre la violencia (1969) y El concepto de lo Político (1932), respectivamente. El objetivo es reflexionar sobre la problemática de considerar legítimo el uso de la violencia en la política como herramienta de transformación en contextos de opresión. Indagando en los autores las posibilidades y alcances que tiene la justificación de la resistencia a las diferentes tecnologías opresivas diseñadas por los dispositivos de poder.
