They include, in addition to the ceremonial activities, shops, gastronomic areas, recreation areas, general services, that allow the visitor to extend their stay in the place seeking to contribute to strengthening a social fabric that is sustained by the sale of local products. In that space thousands of people from different social classes and places, offer up and celebrate all together, in a brotherhood that gives them the myth, and which translates into the use of physical space. El proyecto arquitectónico presentado en este artículo es el santuario de una figura de la cultura popular de la provincia de Corrientes conocida como “Gauchito Gil”, inserto en un proyecto integral más amplio, lindero a la ruta 123, próximo a la ciudad de Mercedes. Incluyen, además de las actividades propias del ceremonial, comercios, áreas gastronómicas, de esparcimiento, servicios generales, posibilitan que el visitante extienda su permanencia en el lugar buscando contribuir a fortalecer un tejido social que se sustenta de la venta de productos locales. En ese espacio se encuentran, ofrendan y festejan miles de personas de distintas clases sociales y lugares del país, unidos todos en una hermandad que les da el mito, y que se traduce en el uso del espacio físico.
