Sumario:In the present work, the design and construction of experimental equipment destined to the solar drying of healthy physiological food vegetables is exposed. The design and construction of a pre-chamber is presented, where the air temperature control is carried out, before entering the drying chamber itself. Automatic air temperature control is done using an Arduino Board and low cost hardware. The design of the different components of the prechamber was carried out using SolidWorks software, and then additive manufacturing technology (3D printing) was used for its construction and subsequent assembly. The first tests carried out on air temperature control were encouraging, allowing a very simple and low-cost system to be found.
