La gran mayoría de los sistemas con hardware comercial no específico, utilizan mediciones de RSSI. En este artículo, intentamos determinar cuál es la máxima exactitud de este tipo de sistemas. En vez de realizar un análisis teórico, por ej., con cotas del estilo de Crámer-Rao o Ziv-Zakai, aplicamos el estado del arte en algoritmos de localización a mediciones propias realizadas en condiciones experimentales bien controladas.
