The article also contextualizes March 24 as a pivotal date for commemorating the history of state terrorism in Argentina and explores how the performance collective Compañía de Funciones Patrióticas intervenes in symbolic neighborhood sites, such as Confitería Las Violetas, linking local memories with recent historical events. Through site-specific staging and a focus on “Relato Situado” (situated story), the performance engages participants in actions of memory, fostering collective and affective experiences. The methodology of this article combines elements of Participatory Action Research and autoethnography to demonstrate how the performance interventions of Compañía de Funciones Patrióticas illuminate hidden memories and redefine urban space as an “expanded theater,” intertwining everyday life with the political sphere. The article concludes that these practices generate a “geopoetics of memory,” allowing residents to experience public space as a site of resistance and historical reflection, where the past is activated and re-signified in the present. El artículo explora cómo la obra Streaming de la memoria de la Compañía de Funciones Patrióticas resignifica espacios del barrio de Almagro en Buenos Aires, transformándolos en territorios de memoria. El texto contextualiza el 24 de marzo como una fecha clave en la conmemoración del terrorismo de Estado en Argentina y examina cómo el colectivo interviene en lugares simbólicos del barrio, vinculando memorias barriales con la historia reciente. A través de una metodología Site-Specific y el enfoque de "Relato Situado", la obra involucra a los participantes en acciones de memoria, generando experiencias colectivas y afectivas. La metodología combina elementos de Investigación Acción Participativa y autoetnografía y el análisis busca explicar cómo estas intervenciones performáticas no solo visibilizan memorias ocultas, sino que también redefinen el espacio urbano como un "teatro expandido," donde lo cotidiano y lo político se entrecruzan. En conclusión, se sugiere que estas prácticas generan una "geopoética de la memoria," permitiendo a los habitantes experimentar el espacio público como un lugar de resistencia y reflexión histórica, donde el pasado se activa y resignifica en el presente.
