A diferencia de la experiencia de lectura de La tragedia de Macbeth, que para Harold Bloom aprisiona, ya que nos obliga a enfrentarnos y a empatizar con el horror de nuestra propia imaginación maligna, asistir a Habitación Macbeth de Pompeyo Audivert significa, por el contrario, una experiencia totalmente liberadora que —tal vez en parte purgados, perdonados por la invocación y jerarquía dramática de las tres brujas— nos alivia de la posibilidad de ser malvados, pues esa imaginación proléptica se trasciende a sí misma; es contenida en un solo actor y en una puesta en escena sobria, hipnótica y brutal.
