This made it possible to identify the incidence of homophobia at this educational level through interviews taken from a convenience sample of 532 male persons. The probability sample was processed with descriptive statistical techniques and the interviews were conducted from February to September 2022. The evidence found shows us not only its existence, but also the specific nuances that this reality acquires in the field of post-pandemic higher education. Esta es una investigación de campo exploratorio cuyo principal objetivo, es analizar la violencia homofóbica que se presenta entre estudiantes de nivel superior del Centro Universitario de Ciencias Económico Administrativas (CUCEA) de la Universidad de Guadalajara (UdeG) y los significados que los hombres le dan en su convivencia cotidiana. Con este análisis se pudo identificar la incidencia de homofobia en este nivel educativo, y se hizo mediante entrevistas tomadas de una muestra por conveniencia de 532 personas masculinas. La muestra probabilística se procesó mediante técnicas de estadística descriptiva y las entrevistas se llevaron a cabo de febrero a septiembre de 2022. Los resultados dieron cuenta del nivel de violencia, discriminación y homofobia que persiste entre los estudiantes (hombres), lo cual desmitifican el imaginario social de que la homofobia es un fenómeno exclusivo de los niveles sociales no escolares. Las evidencias encontradas nos muestran no solo su existencia, sino los matices específicos que esta realidad adquiere en el ámbito de la educación superior pos-pandemia. Esta é uma pesquisa de campo exploratória cujo objetivo principal é analisar a violência homofóbica que ocorre entre os estudantes de nível superior do Centro Universitário de Ciências Econômicas Administrativas (CUCEA) da Universidade de Guadalajara (UdeG) e como ela é percebida entre os homens e os significados dão-lhe na sua convivência quotidiana. Isso possibilitou identificar a incidência da homofobia nesse nível educacional por meio de entrevistas realizadas em uma amostra de conveniência de 532 pessoas do sexo masculino. A amostra probabilística foi processada com técnicas estatísticas descritivas e as entrevistas foram realizadas no período de fevereiro a setembro de 2022.
