Century. This relationship is studied in the first half of the article through the debates about study plans in the Faculty of Laws. In the second half of the article, are analyzed the ways in which the problems of Argentinean politics (mainly those related to electoral reforms and federal interventions) were studied in doctoral theses of the Faculty of Laws in Córdoba and Buenos Aires. El objetivo del artículo es analizar la relación entre grupos gobernantes y Universidad en la Argentina durante las primeras décadas del siglo XX. Esta relación es estudiada, en la primera parte del artículo, a través de los debates sobre las reformas de los planes de estudio de las Facultades de Derecho. En la segunda parte se analiza la forma en que los problemas de la política argentina, fundamentalmente los relacionados con la reforma electoral y las intervenciones federales, fueron estudiados en las tesis doctorales presentadas en las facultades de Derecho de Córdoba y Buenos Aires.
