On the one hand, several authors have made a sharp separation between two kinds of norms (one divine and the other human). On the other hand, some authors (especially Harris) have questioned this position and have demonstrated that in tragedies both normative orders have a symbiotic relationship. Following this last point of view, in this paper we will study the representation of nomos and its relation to the divine in Antigone, Oedipus Rex and Oedipus at Colonus. Buis. -- Resumen: En un sentido jurídico, nómos designa una norma cívica que es fruto de la deliberación popular en la Asamblea. Sin embargo, en las tragedias tebanas de Sófocles ese concepto no se utiliza sólo para mencionar la ley derivada de la voluntad del pueblo: nómos designa también la ley divina. En este contexto, existen dos posiciones. Por un lado, varios autores han realizado una separación tajante entre dos clases de normas (una divina y otra humana). Por otro lado, algunos autores (en especial Harris) han cuestionado esta postura y han demostrado que en las tragedias ambos órdenes normativos tienen una relación simbiótica. Siguiendo este último punto de vista, en este trabajo estudiaremos la representación del nómos y su relación con lo divino en Antígona, Edipo rey y Edipo en Colono.
