Contarini. --Parte I: Desplazamiento forzado y protección internacional : convergencias y límites para la protección de las personas refugiadas.-- Resumen: La agenda global en torno a la protección de refugiados se encuentra en un momento de inflexión. A partir de la "Declaración de Nueva York" adoptada en la reunión de Alto Nivel sobre Migrantes y Refugiados convocada por la Asamblea General de Naciones Unidas en septiembre de 2016, el Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados (ACNUR) fue llamado a preparar el texto de un Pacto Global sobre Refugiados para su presentación a fines de 2018.
