This project has been developed by the teaching staff of the lecture "Organizational and administrative aspects of education in Argentina", which is part of the curricula of the Teaching Course of Legal Sciences at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. This paper also includes the theoretical perspective from which the object of study is analysed. This is referred to the problems posed by the construction of pedagogical authority in the context of formative processes that promote many twists and turns in the identity level. Finally we present some ideas and hypotheses that guide the analysis of the interviews within the project. These are focused on the process of several changes encouraged through the Pedagogy that seem to move over the formation time enabled by the Teaching Course and from which the students organize the stories of their own training experience. Buenos Aires, Argentina Argentina Andreozzi, Marcela Greco, María Beatriz Nicastro, Sandra 2014 Este artículo plantea los principales ejes de análisis y primeras hipótesis del proyecto UBACyT "La formación docente universitaria como espacio de configuración de la identidad profesional: la cuestión de la autoridad en el proceso formativo", llevado adelante por el equipo de cátedra de la materia Aspectos Organizacionales y Administrativos de la Educación Argentina, del Profesorado de Ciencias Jurídicas, Facultad de Derecho, Universidad de Buenos Aires. Incluye la perspectiva teórica desde la cual se piensa el objeto de investigación, referido a los problemas que plantea la construcción de la autoridad pedagógica, en el marco de procesos formativos que promueven giros y desplazamientos en el plano identitario.
