Also, the implications that this has in the treatment of cases and in the protective standards of both regional systems (Latin American and European) for the States parties will be analyzed. From the examination of the arguments made when solving the cases submitted to their study we will attempt to deduce limits and advances in the construction of these protective standards, both in criminal and human rights matters. Buenos Aires, Argentina Jurisdicción Internacional García, María Fernanda 2020 El presente trabajo pretende realizar un análisis respecto de las consideraciones efectuadas por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (en adelante CIDH) y el Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos (en lo subsiguiente TEDH) relativas al fenómeno de la trata de personas con fines de explotación y su vínculo con aquella esfera central de derechos que conforman el jus cogens. Asimismo, se analizarán las implicancias que esto tiene en el tratamiento de casos y en los estándares protectorios de ambos sistemas regionales -latinoamericano y europeo- para los Estados parte.
