The prepared analysis also emphasizes the description of the political and social aspects that took place in the mentioned periods. A tales fines, identificamos los siguientes ciclos fundamentales: 1) La etapa preconstituyente (1810-1853); 2) Desde la "Constitución histórica" hasta el "Primer golpe de Estado" (1853-1930); 3) Desde el "Primer golpe de Estado" hasta la "Recuperación democrática" (1930-1983); 4) Desde la "Recuperación democrática" hasta la actualidad (1983-2019). El análisis formulado también hace hincapié en la descripción de los factores políticos y sociales que se dieron en los períodos señalados.
