In this sense, the right to a healthy environment must be read from an integral and systematized perspective that examines the legal norm and the principles that interpret it, in order to understand the particularities of environmental damage and the consequent reversal of the general rule in the matter of recomposition. To complete the global view of environmental protection, it is necessary to understand the suitability of the legal actions as adequate means to ensure respect for the fundamental right to a healthy environment. Buenos Aires, Argentina Argentina López Alfonsín, Marcelo Alberto 2020 Dossier "Derecho ambiental y recursos naturales": La incorporación de la cláusula constitucional del derecho al ambiente sano ha evolucionado en la consagración de la noción de "desarrollo humano", entendido como un reconocimiento a los "derechos humanos de tercera generación", con titulares de naturaleza colectiva e incluso intergeneracional. En este sentido, el derecho al ambiente sano debe leerse desde una perspectiva integral y sistematizada que examine la norma legal y los principios que la interpretan, para así comprender las particularidades del daño ambiental y la consecuente inversión de la regla general en materia de recomposición.
