In this article we will do an overview of the different functions that were coexistence through facts. Anteriormente, la rama judicial sólo estaba a cargo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, lo que provocó una necesidad de compatibilización entre ambos organismos. En este artículo se hará un repaso de las distintas funciones asignadas al Consejo y su relación con la Corte Suprema, tratando de mostrar cómo ha sido esa convivencia a través de los hechos.
