Finally, it explains the later reform of the figure of the "ombudsman" in the inter-american system and mentions the international net that gathers the Ombudsmen, particularly those that are Spanish and Portuguese speaking. Desarrolla los ejes de dicho debate constituyente a través de una síntesis de las palabras de varios convencionales. Aborda, luego, la etapa posterior a la implementación del Defensor del Pueblo de la Nación insertando la norma constitucional de la provincia de Buenos Aires sobre el Defensor del Pueblo, así como también su incorporación en la Constitución de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
