The study was conducted within the framework of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Law 26.378 with constitutional hierarchy by Law 27.044) and considering the issues raised by the Mental Health Act, the judicial practice in civil capacity and its projections in relation to the Civil and Commercial Code (Law 26.994). Buenos Aires, Argentina Argentina Lafferriere, Jorge Nicolás Muñiz, Carlos 2016 A partir de una investigación sobre la aplicación de la Ley 26.657 de Salud Mental en los procesos civiles de capacidad de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires presentamos algunas conclusiones en relación a: a) la capacidad jurídica del interesado durante el proceso; b) los criterios de conformación y actuación del equipo interdisciplinario; c) los contenidos y alcances de las sentencias de restricción a la capacidad; y d) los procesos de revisión de sentencia.
