INQ-1 and INQ-2, both chromosomal AmpC-type, were showed different affinities for ß-lactam substrates, without regulatory genes and barely affected by classical serine-ß-lactamase inhibitors.\nWith the genome of I. limosus MP06, sequenced by 99.8%, was possible to determine the presence of genes devoted to multidrug-resistance efflux pumps (RND family and ABC Superfamily) and also hypothesized about the pathogenic role of I. limosus assumed by the presence of genes linked with evasion of the host adaptive immune system and intracellular survival.\nThis work has allowed us to characterize I. limosus as an opportunistic pathogen emerging with strategies that allow it to colonize/infect in a recalcitrant way to antimicrobial treatment. Se observó la presencia de un clon con dos variantes de expresión en un paciente con fibrosis quística, crónicamente colonizado (2006-2013), con distinto nivel de producción de biofilm in vitro. Altas concentraciones de colistín y tobramicina promovieron la formación de un biofilm in vitro con alta viabilidad remanente. La combinación antimicrobiana IMI+CIP (0,25 y 1 ?g/ml) presentó sinergia antimicrobiana a 6 h de iniciado el ensayo para determinar la velocidad de muerte de I. limosus planctónico, sin recrecimiento a las 48h. Se describieron dos serino-ß-lactamasas tipo AmpC cromosómicas, INQ-1 e INQ-2, con diferentes afinidades por ß-lactámicos, sin genes reguladores y poco afectados por los inactivadores clásicos de serino-ß-lactamasas. La secuenciación genómica del 99,8 % de I. limosus MP06 permitió detectar la presencia de determinantes génicos de bombas de eflujo de resistencia a múltiples drogas (familia RND y superfamilia ABC) e hipotetizar su rol patogénico al encontrar determinantes génicos vinculados a la evasión del sistema inmune adaptativo y a la sobrevida intracelular.
