Para esto nos posicionamos desde un paradigma\nepistemológico que interrelaciona estructura y subjetividad. Prestamos\nsingular atención al funcionamiento de las agencias de poder, principalmente a\nlas que constituyen el sistema penal, y cómo éstas operan en la práctica. Dentro\ndel análisis de estas agencias debe prestarse principal atención a la instancia comunicacional\npues ésta opera para la construcción y consolidación de un orden\ninstituido.
