Based on inputs from localization theory, employment subcenters and spatial interaction, a quantitative methodology was designed to estimate three models of spatial regression. In the results, on the one hand, it was found that the cadastral value variable has indirect effects on attracting daily trips; on the other, social deficiencies are associated with longer travel times on public transport and the accessibility index to private transport employment. The methodological proposal provides an alternative for the analysis of urban variables, for the incorporation of the effects of spatial spillover in the generation of politics related to daily mobility. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la existencia de desbordamientos espaciales que generan las diferencias intraurbanas, tanto en la atracción de viajes cotidianos como en los tiempos de viaje al trabajo en transporte público y privado asociados a los valores catastrales, la accesibilidad del empleo y las carencias sociales. Con base en los aportes de la teoría de la localización, subcentros de empleo e interacción espacial se diseñó una metodología cuantitativa para estimar tres modelos de regresión espacial. En los resultados, por un lado, se encontró que la variable de valor catastral tiene efectos indirectos en la atracción de viajes cotidianos; por el otro, las carencias sociales se asocian con mayores tiempos de desplazamiento en transporte público y el índice de accesibilidad al empleo en transporte privado.
