Taking the example of DIRLI program, he tries to discuss the notions that sustained the design inside the paradigm of focalized public policies, as well as the territorial fragmentation related to his implementation. Finally, some reflections are realized with regard to the territorial recent manifetations since NGOs and development´s aid appearances. En este breve artículo, el autor pretende avanzar en el análisis del papel que vienen desempeñando las ONGs en la vida social del Chaco Central tras la transformación de los modelos evangelizadores de las iglesias (católica y anglicana principalmente), y la concomitante metamorfosis del modelo espacial de las misiones religiosas, centrándose en la ejecución de proyectos de desarrollo. Tomando como caso testigo el programa DIRLI, se intentan discutir las nociones que sustentaron su diseño dentro del paradigma de las políticas públicas focalizadas, así como la fragmentación territorial relacionada con su implementación.
