Finally I discuss the interpretations of Ingeborg Maus and Jean-Christophe Merle about these topics. El propósito de este trabajo es explicar la conexión y la diferencia entre los derechos de soberanía y resistencia en la filosofía política de Fichte. El trabajo comienza con una investigación sobre la idea de soberanía en la Grundlage des Naturrechts. Luego es presentado el derecho de soberanía en el marco del la teoría del contrato social de Fichte.
