For this purpose, a qualitative, non-experimental, descriptive methodology was used for data collection, using a documentary review. The main results showed three main challenges: first, teacher training, second, the use of ICTs focused on accounting sciences and third, the application of teaching techniques such as problem-based learning, teaching interpretation for the formation of accounting critics and the cognitive development of students "remembering, applying and analyzing". El objetivo de la investigación consiste en describir los desafíos de la educación de las Ciencias Contables. Para lo cual, se emplea una metodología de enfoque cualitativo, no experimental, descriptivo, para la recolección de los datos, se ha empleado la revisión documental.
