Notwithstanding the foregoing, the pandemic generated by the coronavirus demonstrated how difficult it is as a government to make decision that may affect the exercise of some human rights, but this decision is to safeguard a more important right such as life. Los derechos humanos muchas personas ya los dan por sentado, nos hemos acostumbrado a verlos en los textos constitucionales y pensamos que la autoridad sin ningún problema los respetará y hará todo lo que esté en sus manos para que sean efectivos. No obstante lo anterior, la pandemia generada por el coronavirus demostró lo difícil que es como gobierno tomar decisiones que pueden afectar el ejercicio de algunos derechos humanos, pero dicha decisión es para salvaguardar un derecho más importante como es la vida.
