It makes the linkage of the theory with the practice in terms of solving problems of the reality during the development of the labor investigating practice, when positioning the students like leading men of the changes. We expose the results of projects where a transformation of the social reality with prominence has taken place, by means of the job of investigation – communicative action, from the development of the curriculums of the Agronomy, bachelor’s degree at the university in Socio–Cultural for the development and Physical Culture careers. En el trabajo se aborda la integración entre los procesos sustantivos universitarios (formación–investigación–extensión) que en las universidades cubanas se concibe desde los planes de estudio mediante la disciplina principal integradora. Ello posibilita la vinculación de la teoría con la práctica en función de solucionar problemas de la realidad durante el desarrollo de la práctica laboral–investigativa al posicionar a los estudiantes como protagonistas de los cambios. Se exponen los resultados de proyectos donde se ha producido una transformación de la realidad social con el protagonismo de los estudiantes y mediante el empleo de la Investigación–Acción–Participativa, a partir del desarrollo de los currículos de las carreras de Agronomía, Licenciatura en Gestión Sociocultural para el Desarrollo y Licenciatura en Cultura Física. O trabalho trata da integração entre os processos substantivos da universidade (formação-pesquisa-extensão), que nas universidades cubanas é concebida a partir doscurrículos através da Disciplina Principal Integradora. Isso possibilita vincular a teoria à prática, a fim de resolver problemas da realidade durante o desenvolvimento da prática de pesquisa do trabalho, posicionando os estudantes como protagonistas das mudanças. Os resultados de projetos onde houve uma transformação da realidade social com o protagonismo dos alunos são expostos, através do uso da pesquisa-ação-participação, a partir do desenvolvimento dos currículos dos cursos de Agronomia, Bacharelado em Gestão Sociocultural para o Desenvolvimento e Bacharelado em Cultura Física.
